Best time to Visit
Winter season (October to February) is the best time to visit Kannur. The humidity level is moderate and the days are cool during this season, making it ideal for sightseeing, beach visits, and outdoor activities. Kannur experiences severe heat with a sudden uncomfortable increase in the humidity level during the summer season (March to May) and it is better to avoid visiting the city at this time of the year. Monsoon season from June to August receives heavy rainfalls which make it difficult for the tourists to explore the city.
