Wayanad - Wayanad Heritage Museum

Being one of the best heritage museums in Kerala, the Wayanad Heritage Museum houses great archaeological and anthropological relevance. This museum is also known by the name Ambalavayal Heritage Museum as it is situated in Ambalavayal in Wayanad district. The exhibits of this museum give us a clear idea of Kerala history and culture. Artefacts from the tribal communities that dates back to the second century AD are here on display. From these artefacts, one can discover how far the state of Kerala has improved in terms of infrastructure and technology. The most interesting part of this museum is its multi-media theatre that shows documentaries and docudrama related to the museum.
